New Features
- Device and Test Datasets
Extending the capabilities of the reintroduced Data Management Panel, you can now save the results of your search queries as either Test or Device Datasets. Easily transfer search results into a persisted data group you can name, sort and edit. Even better, the data groups you create will automatically appear as available search filters on the Filters panel, making it just as easy to retrieve these datasets for later use in analysis. - Color Picker Added to the Analysis Group Modal
We've enhanced the Analysis Group Modal to include our Color Picker. Positioned right alongside each test file, as well as for each Analysis Group, you can now set color one-time and have it applied consistently for the test (or Analysis Group) across any number of Workspace charts. This feature is intended to reduces some of the clicking necessary with chart formatting.
Pipeline
- Support of a new widget type, Violin Plots, as part of our Workspace charting capabilities (not released)
- Support of Quick Charts, a hover function that will open a set of pre-canned charts, streamlining rapid "status checking" on your active tests (not released)
Notable Fixes
- Unexpected behaviors from interactions with the chart legend (VQ-8981)
- Resolution of errors on the Search Results Table created by changing column order and other table configurations (VQ-8935)
Improvements
- We've extended chart Overlay and Targets functionality to include Box Plot and Scatter Plot widget types
- For both chart enveloping and Bar Chart error bars, we've added an option for 3 standard deviations
- On the Search Results Page, we've reworked visibility and presentation of Tags and Comments, making it easier to see their values without expanding the width of the table column
- For our Data Portal page, we've (1) added ability to queue multiple import files, (2) separated test file imports from metadata imports, dedicating a tab for each, and (3) surfaced basic error messages to help with import troubleshooting
