Your battery data, always secure.
Battery data — from lab testing to manufacturing to the field — is among the most competitively sensitive IP your organization produces. Voltaiq is built from the ground up to keep it that way.

Dedicated infrastructure - No shared tenancy
Most enterprise SaaS platforms operate on shared multi-tenant infrastructure. Voltaiq does not. Each customer’s Voltaiq system runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure in an AWS Virtual Private Cloud — no shared compute, storage, or network with other Voltaiq customers.
Your instance can be deployed in the AWS region of your choice, worldwide, to satisfy local data residency requirements.
AI features - your data stays yours
Voltaiq's AI is secure by design. Your organization's IP will never be used to train or improve any public AI model, including foundation models. Voltaiq contracts directly with foundation model providers under enterprise agreements that prohibit training on customer data and guarantee zero data retention.
Encryption and access control
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, as are all system snapshots. Every customer’s original battery data files are also backed up to an encrypted cloud snapshot on a regular basis, providing an additional layer of data resiliency.
User access is via HTTPS, with SSO support through your existing identity provider. Voltaiq staff do not access customer systems or data without explicit customer authorization.
Secure data integration - including ai-gapped networks
Voltaiq has solved data ingestion challenges in production across a wide range of customer environments, including facilities with isolated test equipment networks that have no direct internet connection.
Our standard configuration uses a lightweight sync client on a designated PC, server, or VM within your network. This client uses incremental file syncing to transfer only new data, encrypted via SFTP, through a single outbound firewall port — no inbound connections
required. For restricted or segmented networks, a “hop” configuration routes data from isolated equipment through an IT-controlled intermediary before transmission to your Voltaiq instance.
Data can also be ingested into Voltaiq directly via API, through turnkey integrations with industry-standard cycling and production equipment, and from standard industrial protocols/platforms (SCADA, Ignition, MQTT, OPC UA) and enterprise software systems (MES, ERP, PLM, LIMS, QMS).
