Troubleshooting steps if you're having redirect or unavailable errors trying to load Studio
Delete cookies back a minimum of 4 weeks
Method 1:
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, select the More icon
3. Select the Settings icon
4. Select Privacy and security, and then Third-party cookies
5. Select See all site data and permissions
6. Select Delete all data, and confirm by selecting Delete
Note: Alternatively, you can delete the third-party cookies associated with Voltaiq only by choosing voltaiq.co from your list of cookies and clicking the trash icon.
Method 2:
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, select the More icon
3. Select Delete browsing data
4. Under 'Time Range', select Last Four Weeks
5. Select the Delete data button
